Abstract

Different kinds of Gd-fuel have been used at Dukovany NPP since the year 2003. All of them
were designated for 5-year fuel cycle strategy utilisation. Implementation of such strategy
needed to modify approaches to fuel cycles planning and fuel utilisation efficiency evaluation.
Chosen method of this particular problem solution is explained and described at this paper.
Attention was paid to assemblies and fuel pins burnup evaluation especially.
